Psychological counseling
A consultation is a session where we take a closer look at what brings you in. It could be about a specific issue — anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties — or simply a first step in figuring out what kind of support you might need, if you're not sure yet.
After our first meeting, we'll set a goal together, and I'll suggest possible next steps: further consultations, ongoing support, a full assessment, or a referral to another specialist.
Adults: sessions available in-person in Opole or online.
Children (from age 4) and teenagers: the first consultation is usually an interview with a parent (can be done online). Follow-up sessions take place in person.

Psychological tests
I select diagnostic tools based on your specific situation — these may assess cognitive functions, emotional functioning, personality, anxiety levels, or social functioning. The tests are standardized and have established scientific validity.
After the assessment, we'll go through the results together, and you'll receive a written psychological report (on paper or digitally) — useful, for example, for a psychiatrist, school, or employer.

ADHD assessment
ADHD assessments are based on the DIVA-5 structured interview (for adults) and the Young DIVA-5 (for children and teens aged 5–17). This is the internationally recommended gold-standard diagnostic approach.
The process includes a detailed interview and, where helpful, additional questionnaires, input from family members, and differential testing. At the end, you'll receive a written psychological report with results and recommendations.
If you suspect ADHD — in yourself or your child — no referral is needed. Just book an appointment.
